Off-grid communications for a regional fire brigade
When cellular infrastructure fails — exactly when you need it most — emergency teams need another way to coordinate. We designed and built a long-range mesh network for field operations that runs entirely off-grid. No towers, no SIM cards, no single point of failure.

Scan-to-service: NFC & QR workflows for physical assets
Maintenance teams waste hours on manual logging and miscommunication. We built a scan-driven service flow — tap or scan any asset (vehicle, equipment, facility) and the right service request is created instantly, routed to the right person, tracked to completion. Works offline. No app install needed.
AI & data
Conversations into structured databases with LLM pipelines
Operators speak. Databases fill themselves. We built a pipeline that takes spoken or written input — field notes, call transcripts, voice memos — and uses LLMs to extract, validate, and write structured records. The result is clean data without changing how people work.
